We are seeking a Per Diem Nursing Supervisor, RN to join our team! This is position requires 16 hr. of weekend time and two additional 8-hr shifts per month at a minimum. Holiday coverage per facility rotation with a minimum of one summer and one winter holiday.

Responsibilities:

For supervision of nursing staff and provision of care with related administrative and professional nursing activities.

Educational Requirements

Graduate of accredited school of nursing, current RN Pennsylvania State license, BSN or MSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience as a practicing RN.
• Management experience in a psychiatric setting and/or drug/alcohol facility preferred.
• Ability to communicate well, both orally and written.
• Leadership and supervisory experience necessary
• Familiarity with medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
